    Hi there admin.

    Why the bonuses skill stones doesn't activate??? Like when you slot a 8 pcs skill stones on items? It did not work?? What happened? Need a explanation. Asap thanks Admin !

      seems that these 8 skill stones should be in the same level

        Hi game developers,

        Since some of the players at first misunderstood the skill stone set effect. I would like to suggest an NPC which dismantles a higher level skill stone to a lower one. Would like to hear your thoughts about this it maybe negative or not. Thank you

            maybe add a trade feature so that other players can exchange items, buy and sell or even an auction npc to vend the items which they don't need so that other players who don't have a lot of time to play can buy from

              Uhm i started playing this 3days ago.. Then just now it crash when we were raiding..
              When i log in back it says something like "Network not stable" i check my wifi everything is good.. All other games and mmorpg are running smoothing except from this one. I already send a message to your team hope this can be fix ASAP.

              Note: i already tried reinstalling the game and its still the same

                Hi xSevenx, we'll look into this for you!
                For the time being, there are some tips that may help. For best results you'll want to always use a reliable WiFi connection rather than 3G or 4G. 3G/4G can vary quite a bit depending on traffic in your area and may not be reliable at times. Even if you have good signal strength showing for your WiFi connection, your bandwidth may be limited if the network is congested (For example, if there are many other users sharing the network and/or others are doing bandwidth-intensive activities such as streaming video.)

                  Hi I have been encountering problem lately about the 300gems worth. I've purchase twice in total but still did not received any and charges were made on my bank account (and yes apple sent the itinerary on my e-add) . Also, I did file a report both on apple store and clash for dawn costumer service. Please fix this or at least give me back my money

                    Hi Fowz, that’s not common. But an in-app purchase can take up to 24 hours to complete. Have you received the purchase now?
                    If you still haven’t received the purchase, you can reach out at support@clashfordawn.com. Please include the following information to the message:
                    a. Character ID
                    b. Server ID
                    c. Purchase time
                    d. Amount of gems
                    e. A screenshot of in-game transaction code
                    f. A screenshot of purchase record from the iTunes store

                    We’ll make sure you get everything.

                      my character didn't change from yellow to blue when I evolved my mage from apprentice to magician, anyone know why this is or how I can overcome this??????

                        The appearance of your character depends on the equipment you wear. As you pick up or buy equipment, changes to your character's appearance will happen.

                        My character doesn't seem to ever change if I change equipment only once I evolved him

                        This is my case now, i also bought 300gem last sat oct 3 2015 but didnt receice any gem, cfd told me yesterday oct 6 2015 to contact apple for refund and at the same day i purchase again 300 gems until now i didnt receive any gem.
